KATAMEYA HEIGHTS AMATEUR OPEN STARTS TOMORROW (FRIDAY)
36-hole tournament concludes on Saturday

The 2025 Katameya Height Amateur Open will be held at Katameya Heights tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday, 11th – 12th April, 2025.
The 36-hole tournament, played over the Championship Course, is open to Males, Females and Juniors in the below categories:
Men’s Handicap Index, 12.4 and Less. Medal, BLACK TEES.
Men’s Handicap Index, 12.5 – 24.4. Stableford, GOLD TEES.
Ladies’ Handicap Index, 12.4 and Less. Medal, RED TEES.
Ladies’ Handicap Index, 12.5 – 28.4. STABLEFORD, RED TEES.
Play is in fourballs with the first tee-time at 7.30 am and the final group off at 11.10 am with a total of 76 players competing in 19 groups on the latest draw on the Club’s website.
The breakdown of players in the field in the various Divisions is as follows:
- Black Tees, 37 players.
- Gold Tees, 29 players.
- Red Tees, 10 players.
