Egyptian Golf Federation Approval Of Team Selection Policy For The Pan Arab Junior & Ladies Championship – Wednesday 7th – Saturday 10th May, 2025

The Board of the Egyptian Golf Federation (EGF) through the National Team Committee has announced the policy for the selection of Team Egypt for the Pan Arab Junior & Ladies Championship to be held at both Madinaty Golf Club and Katameya Dunes Golf Club, Cairo, Egypt, Wednesday 7th – Saturday 10th May, 2025.
LADIES TEAM (3 players)
Handicap Limit 10.
Trial Opportunity: An opportunity via scores at Katameya Dunes Golf Club on Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and / or Sunday 20th April (see below conditions).
Current Handicaps: The player’s current handicap will be taken into consideration following the tournament criteria handicap limit.
Performance Records: Performance records from the 2024/25 season and results from previous Pan Arab Championships will also be considered.
Trial Conditions: All ladies with a current handicap have the opportunity to play a round on either Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and / or Sunday 20th April at Katameya Dunes Golf Club. Ladies must ideally play with another golfer with an official handicap / marker, to mark their scorecard. Scores and willingness to support are key factors. Ladies may play more than 1 round. The Team will be announced at the end of the week, allowing players to begin their tournament preparations.
GIRLS TEAMS
The Junior Girls categories are as follows:
Girls U-16 (3 Players) / Handicap limit 14 / Born after 1st January 2009.
Girls U-13 (2 Players) / Handicap limit 18 / Born after 1st January 2012.
Girls Category Selection Criteria: The selection criteria for the upcoming Girls Pan Arab Championship at Katameya Dunes, scheduled from 7th to 10th May, 2025.
Trial Opportunity: An opportunity via scores at Katameya Dunes Golf Club on Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and / or Sunday 20th April (see below conditions).

Boys U-18, U-16 and U-13 – All competitors in this category competed for one spot in each appropriate age division at the recent Katameya Heights Amateur Open held at Katameya Heights Golf & Tennis Resort, Friday 11th and Saturday 12th April, 2025.
