19 day countdown to the 2025 Pan Arab Junior & Ladies Championship in Cairo, Egypt.

Planning for the 2025 Pan Arab Junior & Ladies Championship to be held in Egypt at two Cairo venues, Madinaty Golf Club and Katameya Dunes Golf Club is well under way with just 19 days until the final practice rounds at both clubs as well as the Opening Ceremony at Madinaty Golf Club, Cairo, Egypt.

A total of over 110 players are committed to play in this significant tournament on the Arab Golf Federation (AGF) calendar with representation from 12 Arab nations, including: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the host country, Egypt.

There are six Divisional Categories, including: Ladies, Girls and Boys in different Age Categories.

A spokesman for the EGF commented, ‘We are now in the final countdown to the championship to be held next month in Cairo. We are all energized with what is ahead for us all and thank everyone involved, the EGF Board, Tournament Committees, the respective golf clubs and, of course, the participating countries and the players. We are especially excited with the sponsorship interest in the market for this Pan Arab event and we look forward to announcing our sponsor partners and supporters very soon.’

‘The Festival of Golf will be a first for a Pan Arab Championship – all aligned with the objective of attracting non-golfers as well as golfers to attend the tournament to experience what the game is all about. We are targeting the Madinaty community as well as the Cairo public, including the neighbouring golf clubs in the capital. By bringing The Trick Shot Boys and the global guru for the entry level into the game of golf for youngsters, Nick Horrocks from Golfway and Masters Golf, aligned with The R&A as well as schools’ initiatives, using his junior golf equipment and mini-golf courses, makes it easy and safe to use – we are creating a fun environment. We will then capture data to introduce youngsters, both boys and girls to the game of golf as a follow-up, both off course and at the participating golf clubs.’

Information on how to register to attend the Festival of Golf, which is free, as well as the stars playing in the two concerts on Thursday and Friday evening on a payment basis, will be announced shortly.

بدء العد التنازلي للبطولة العربية للناشئين والسيدات بالقاهرة

تتواصل الاستعدادات على قدم وساق لاستضافة البطولة للناشئين والسيدات مصر 2025، والتي ستُقام بالقاهرة في اثنين من أبرز ملاعب الجولف في القاهرة، وهما نادي مدينتي للجولف ونادي القطامية ديونز للجولف خلال الفترة من 6 إلى 11 مايو المقبل
ويترقب الاتحاد المصرى للجولف وصول الوفود العربية من الأشقاء العرب حيث لم يتبق سوى 19 يومًا فقط على بدء جولات التدريب النهائية في كلا الناديين .
ويقام حفل الافتتاح في نادي مدينتي للجولف يوم7 مايو المقبل.
ويشارك فى البطولة أكثر من 110 لاعبًا ولاعبة يمثلون 13 دولة عربية هى المغرب وتونس والإمارات والسعودية وقطر والبحرين وسلطنة عمان والكويت وفلسطين ولبنان والاردن وليبيا بالإضافة الى مصر البلد المضيف.
تشهد البطولة منافسات ست فئات عمرية وهى السيدات، والناشئات تحت 13 و 16 عاما والناشئين تحت 13 و 16 و 18 عاما .
ويعيش الاتحاد المصرى للجولف الآن في المراحل النهائية من العد التنازلي لانطلاق البطولة التي ستُقام الشهر المقبل في القاهرة و يشعر الجميع بالحماس لما هو قادم،
و تلقى البطولة بشكل خاص اهتماما كبيرا من الرعاة في السوق لهذا الحدث العربي، وسيعلن الاتحاد المصرى للجولف إلى عن الشركاء الداعمين قريبًا.”
كما تشهد البطولة مهرجان الجولف الذى سيكون الأول من نوعه في تاريخ البطولات العربية سواء الناشئين والسيدات والرجال– ويهدف إلى جذب غير لاعبي الجولف بالإضافة إلى اللاعبين أنفسهم، لحضور البطولة واكتشاف متعة هذه الرياضة.
ويستهدف اتحاد الجولف تقديم عوامل جذب للجماهير بشكلٍ عام بالقاهرة وخارجها سواء أندية الجولف او الأندية الرياضية .
كما يقام عرض The Trick Shot Boys، بالإضافة إلى نيك هوروكس من Golfway وMasters Golf، بالتعاون مع The R&A، لتقديم برنامج تعليمي للأطفال باستخدام أدوات جولف مبسطة ومصغرة، مما يجعل التعلم ممتعًا وآمنًا. كما سيتم جمع بيانات للمساعدة في تعريف الأطفال – من الجنسين – برياضة الجولف، ومتابعة هذا التعريف سواء في الأندية أو خارجها.”
سيتم الإعلان قريبًا عن تفاصيل التسجيل لحضور مهرجان الجولف (المجاني)، بالإضافة إلى معلومات عن النجوم المشاركين في الحفلتين الموسيقيتين مساء الخميس والجمعة (برسوم دخول).
