We met up with Madam Siham Omar, the Finance Manager of the Egyptian Golf Federation (EGF) and so much more.

She has worked at the EGF since 2009, with outside Public Relations with other Golf Federations, The R&A, the IGF, and the African Golf Federations. The EGF office is located at Cairo Stadium next to the National Olympic Committee buildings.

‘I have an interest in golf, and I enjoy my work and meeting people – especially looking after the junior kids,’ said Madam Siham.

‘I last played golf at Palm Hills a year ago.’

‘I travel a lot in Egypt and historically I have travelled on business to so many countries: Saudi Arabia, Morocco, UAE, Tunisia and many other Arab nations. Outside of the Arab region, I have visited Greece, Tanzania, Ghana, Kenya, with the Egypt African Ladies Teams.’

‘One of my career highlights, was visiting with the Men’s Egypt Team at the 2016 Eisenhower Trophy to Mexico.’
