Gezira club will host the next round of what is turning out to be an exciting inaugrial season of the Egyptian Go lf League.

Gezira club golf course will host the fourth round match over two days Friday 5th March and Satuday 6th March with the participation of 7 clubs, all of them competing for the title of Egtptian Golf League Champions 2020/2021.

The fourth round takes a different twist as it will be held looks different on the oldest golf course in the Middle East, with the course steeped in deep traditions and an impressive history that stretches back over a century.

The seven teams have brougt some strong players into their squads in order to seize victory in the fourth round and progress in the league table.

There will be a special kind of competition between the two Egyptian oldest clubs in Egypt, Alexandria Sporting Club who are currently the league leaders with 801 points, and Gezira Sporting Club only a point behind.

The Allegria players are planning to catch up with the top two teams, they are in third place with 755 points, while New Giza are in fourth with 754 points. Dreamland is not far away, in fifth position with 748 points, Palm Hills are in sixth place with 738 points, and Sokhna Golf Club are in seventh with 732 points.

The weekend looks like it will be another exciting tournament for all the players and supporters and with the closeness of the table could provide some interesting results as the weekend unfolds.
